Zucchini and cheese pie


6 sheets of the finished dough for pie
1 tablespoon cumin
4 tablespoons oil
40 g flour
200ml milk
150 g of fresh cheese
1 bunch of parsley
700 g zucchini
1 tablespoon curry.


For the sauce:

1 teaspoon oil 1 teaspoon milk 1 teaspoon of yogurt.


Zucchini peel, grate, season with salt and then drain.

Add to them milk, flour, curry, oil, cheese and chopped parsley and all mix well.

In a deep pan make a sauce of oil, milk and yogurt. (you can add pinch of turmeric).

Three pie crusts spread on the desk and coat with pie sauce. Part of sauce leave for coating pie when it is finished.

Coated pie crusts cover with other crusts for pies. Fill them (grease) with zucchini and cheese stuffing and fold into three pie crusts.

Put the pie in the oiled sheet, brush with the rest of the sauce and sprinkle with cumin. Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
