Now is the time of many holidays and especially holidays like Christmas Eve and Christmas. Many of us like to relax and eat well and often unhealthy. Once we pass through the holidays is a good time to reduce fat intake. If you took too much unhealthy food during the Christmas holidays , try this low-fat stew of mushrooms.

Ingredients: 1/2 kg of fresh mushrooms, 1 teaspoon flour, 1 onion, 0.5 dl extra virgin olive oil, white pepper, salt. Method of Preparation: Cleaned mushrooms cut into thin slices. On the heated oil fry finely cut up onions. Add mushrooms, and fry them. Season with salt, then add pepper and flour. Pour over mushrooms with warm water and cook for 20 minutes. It is ready to serve.
