Swiss chard recipes - vegetarian plate


Casserole with Swiss chard

*chard dough for 6 people


250 g flour
125 g butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon water

For the filling:
500 g chard
1 tsp curry
50 ml cream
100 g grated Parmesan cheese (without added eggs).


Knead the puff pastry, form it into a loaf, wrap in foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for two hours. Mix well cream, curry and parmesan. Wash the chard, cut in minor ways and fold into the mixture with cream. Prepare six small mold for baking and pour it with butter on the bottom, put dough and add the mixture of spinach and cream. Put the mixture in the preheated oven and bake 30 minutes at 175 oC. At the end of the baking sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Serve with a salad of your choice.
