Stuffed Zucchini

2 large zucchini, 1 red and 1 yellow pepper, salt and pepper, 100 ml of milk, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 200 g of cheese with spices, 2 tablespoons of mixed spice herbs, pinch of curry.

Method of preparation:

Wash and clean the vegetables. Halve squash lengthwise, scoop them and blanch. Cut peppers into cubes.

Onions and garlic finely chop. Sauté the onion, then add the garlic and chopped vegetables. Cook for a few minutes. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Grease a baking dish, place the zucchini and fill them with vegetables. In warm milk melt cheese, salt, pepper and pour over zucchini.

Sprinkle with herbs and bake for about 12 minutes.
