Strawberries in chocolate

Ingredients: 250 g strawberries, 150 g white chocolate, 25 g butter, 150g dark chocolate.
Method of preparation: You need to wash strawberries and then drained them well. Melt white chocolate in the butter and cooking cream to become liquid. Dried strawberries plunge into the chocolate and then put them in the refrigerator to get thick and nice crust. Dark chocolate, as well as white, melt in the butter and cream. Then, go a little over strawberries that we previously immersed in white chocolate. Served on a cold plate.
In 100 g of strawberries we have pretty much minerals such as: potassium: 150 mg, Calcium: 20 mg, magnesium: 12 mg, phosphorus, sulfur, sodium, chlorine, boron, iron, copper, zinc, manganese, fluorine, and also many vitamins: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid): 60 mg, provitamin A (carotene): 0.04 mg, Vitamin B1 (thiamine): 0.02 mg, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 0.03 mg, Vitamin B3 or PP (nicotinamide): 0.5 mg, Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid): 0.3 mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine): 0.06 mg, vitamin B8 (biotin): 0.004 mg, vitamin B9 (folic acid): 0.065 mg.
