Sticks of smoked tofu

Ingredients: smoked tofu, 2 peppers, onion, extra virgin olive oil, chilli, turmeric, sticks for food. Method of preparation: Slice smoked tofu, onion and pepper into cubes of medium size and all season with a little turmeric and chilli, pour the olive oil and let it rest. After half an hour put a cubes of smoked tofu, pepper and onion alternately on sticks for food and bake on barbecue or ordinary pan for several minutes until it gets yellowish-brown color. Then it’s ready to serve. As a side dish you can serve baked or boiled potatoes, stewed rice or cooked vegetables.

Salty salad

Ingredients: 2 smoked tofu, homemade mayonnaise without eggs, soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of grated horseradish, turmeric, ginger, salt, pepper, 1 clove of young lettuce, parsley, a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Method of preparation: Smoked tofu cut into cubes. In the homemade mayonnaise stir soy sauce and grated horseradish and create a mixture for topping. In the young washed salad add smoked tofu, parsley, spices and a spoonful of olive oil. In all this we add the mixture for topping. It’s ready to serve.
