Sabji with potato, green peas and Cauliflower

350 g of washed potatoes (peeled and cut into cubes),

350 g of tomatoes washed and cut,

1 big cauliflower, washed and cut into small pieces,


1/2 kg green peas peeled,

1 big tablespoon of oil,

1 teaspoonful of cumin powder,

1 teaspoonful of turmeric (curcuma) powder,

1 taespoonful of cardamon and cinnamon powder,

salt to taste.


Heat the cooking pot and add oil. When oil is ready then add potatoes and fry them until they are brown. Keep potatoes aside and then fry cauliflower until they are brown. After that boil of green peas. Then pour oil again into the pot. When it is ready put tomatoes and all other spices and stir it for 5 min. After that add fried potatoes, green peas and cauliflower, 1 small cup of water and a teaspoonful of sugar. Cook all together for another 5 minutes. When the sabji is soft add one teaspoonful oh ghee and it is ready to serve.
