2 cups cooked rice
50 g smoked tofu
5 g of rucola (arugula)
bunch oh radish
tablespoon fried sesame seeds


Smoked tofu cut into cubes, radishes into slices. Mix the rice, smoked tofu, arugula, radish, sesame seeds. Pour the finished sauce and leave in the fridge to rest for 15 minutes. Sesame seeds can substitute with fried walnuts, and smoked tofu with feta-cheese.

Salad dressing:

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon oregano
a pinch of asafoetida
pinch of curry.
