300 g spinach, chopped,
handful of green olives, chopped,
1 teaspoon oregano,
salt to taste (best is black salt, Kala Namak)
pinch of ground black pepper,
pinch of some masala (curry, sabji masala, garam masala), (I like pani puri masala very much)
tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (or more, to taste)
1 teaspoon lemon juice.

Method of preparation:
When spinach and olives are chopped, mix all ingredients well and serve the salad with your favorite dish. This salad is an excellent source of vitamins and is very appropriate for the summer and hot days. It is very rich in vitamin C. It goes best with hot chapatis or tortillas with cream and some cheese spread. It can be also served with corn bread and cheese. Enjoy a delicious source of vitamins. You’ll be surprised how raw spinach is tasty.
