several  ready-made piecrust,

200-300g mozzarella, cut into thick slices,

salt to taste,

pinch of freshly ground pepper,

pinch of curry,

a pinch of dried parsley and oregano,

Ketchup for topping,

1 dcl of extra virgin olive oil.


In two (double)  ready-made pie crusts put two thick slices of mozzarella, one to another. Add salt, a little curry powder and ground pepper. Wrap it all together into a roll and bake for 2-3 minutes on both sides on the slightly heated olive oil in a frying pan. When they get golden brown and become slightly crispy, remove them from the pan and sprinkle them over the surface with parsley, oregano and add ketchup to taste.;-)
