Potato patties with cheese

Ingredients: 1 kilo of potatoes, 1 onion, 50 grams grated cheese, 4 thin slices Emmentaler cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, oil. Method of preparation: Potatoes cook and mash. Add onion, salt, pepper and grated cheese. Make patties and fry in oil. Put them on a plate, cover each one with slice of cheese and place in oven to bake until cheese is melted. Before serving, add chopped parsley, and a little bit of lemon juice to taste. You can serve potato patties with salad, favourite sauce or some indian chutney.

Baked potato with cheese

Ingredients: 1 kilo of potatoes, salt, 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese, 40 grams of butter, 1 cup of milk or broth of vegetables, 20 grams of flour, a little oil. Method of preparation: Boiled potatoes peeled and cut into thin slices. Put them in a greased pan and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Pour sauce and sprayed with melted butter. Browned potatoes in a hot oven. Sauce prepare so that in the milk or vegetable soup mix the flour and cook sauce (not too thick) and add salt. Instead of Parmesan cheese you can use also mushrooms sauteed in butter or oil.
