This is an easy way to make dough for pizza (pizza crust) and have it ready for a few days….each day new and fresh domestic pizza…

You’ve just arrived home from work and you want to eat something warm and fresh out of home production. Here is the way for quick and fast vegetarian pizza, but you need to prepare ingredients day or few days earlier when you have a plenty of time…..:-)

Ingredients for dough (pizza crust):

600-700 g wheat flour (1/3 integral flour),

15 g of yeast (fresh or dry),


salt to taste,

little sugar,

tablespoon of refined oil,

lukewarm water.

First make a dough. Mix flour, salt, yeast, little sugar, refined oil and start to pour lukewarm water into it. Knead the dough until it is not too soft. Put the dough into plastic bag and put it in the fridge. Dough will be lifted but that does not matter and so can stand up to 7-8 days in the fridge. No problem. This amount is enough to make pizza 3-4 times.

When you want to eat pizza, preheat the oven to 250c and remove the dough from the fridge………………

Roll out the pastry quite thinly, over-sized of casserole. Pour the oil on the bottom of casserole and then put the thin pastry into it. Fold the excess dough from the sides and make a fence at the ends of the pan. Then pour the sauce into it and spread it evenly on the dough, to be juicy. Put 250 g of cheese over the surface evenly into sauce and add the olives and then at the end add oregano. Bake it in the oven about 15 minutes.
