Pie With Roughly Ground Corn Flour

Pie with corn flour

This is one of the most simpliest and quickest homemade meals.


8 – 10 large tablespoon of cornflour (preferably domestic white corn, coarsely minced),
400 g of fresh, granular, cheese,
3 – 4 dcl of milk,
1 teaspoon of salt,
1/2 teaspoon turmeric,
1/2 dcl of oil (preferably extra virgin olive oil),
baking paper.


Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 250 C degrees. In a plastic pot Mix well all the ingredients. Prepare a baking pan for baking and place a baking paper in it. It is best to choose a round baking pan. Pour mixture evenly in a baking pan and place in preheated oven. Bake at 250 C degrees for about 15 minutes until the pie gets golden brown color. In the end, you can smear the pie with sour cream and then it is ready to serve. Serve it warm with a cup of thick yogurt. Enjoy it! 😉

This dish (with roughly ground corn flour) is very good for the digestive system and the colon because it clean very well their system. The recipe originally comes from Bosnia, but without turmeric and olive oil.
