Paneer korma - vegetarian plate


350g of paneer cheese,

2 tomatoes,


1 teaspoon grated (pasted) chillies,

100g of fresh cream,

1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder,

2 cardamon,

8 tablespoons of ghee,

salt to taste,

Coriander leaves for decorating.


Cut the cheese into small cubes. Keep tomatoes in hot water and then cut them in small pieces. Now, put cooking pot on fire and pour ghee. When it is hot add tomatoes, cardamon and fry themabout 3 minutes. Add turmeric and green ckillies and fry them for few secondes. Now pour the pieces of cheese, fresh cream and salt and stirr it for 2 minutes. Remove the pot from heat and decorate it with green coriander leaves. It is ready to…….:-)
