Oatmeal With Raspberry Jam And Fresh Fruit

Oat is an exceptionally healthy cereal, which stimulates digestion, contributes to the feeling of satiety and is beneficial to your skin.

Combined with fruit, such as raspberry, which are the true vitamin bombs of health, this oatmeal will be the perfect choice for your healthy start of the day.

If desired, you can add some other healthy ingredients, such as nuts or butter.

Ingredients for 2 portions:


1 cup of small oat flakes (about 100 g)
1 cup of coconut or almond milk (about 220 ml)
1 cup of water (220 ml)
1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup
teaspoon of cinnamon
a pinch of salt


2 tablespoons of frozen raspberries + tablespoons of honey,
butter from nuts according to taste or tahini,
cocoa beans,
fresh fruit as desired (banana, mango, avocado …),
chopped almonds,
domestic nutella.

In the small bowl, pour milk and water and add the oatmeal and cinnamon. Cook on medium heat and mix until you get a thick mixture. Add honey and fire it off.

In the meantime, make a quick jam of frozen raspberries: in medium heat, heat the raspberries and mix honey lightly until the fruit thickens.

Spread the oatmeal in the pans, pour over the raspberry jam and serve with fresh and dried fruit and other supplements as desired.
