For this healthy drink you need to use the young leaves of nettles, and you can add a little your favourite berries. Ingredients: 50 g of young nettle leaves, 1 banana, a little lemon juice, 300 ml of water or vegetable milk (oat, almond …), pinch of dried raisins or 1-2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey, a pinch of cinnamon. You need to wash nettle leaves and coarsely chop them. Banana cut into thick slices and drizzle with lemon juice. Put nettle leaves and banana into the blender and add the other ingredients. Mix for 2-3 minutes until you get a very smooth drink. Serve immediately and drink. Nettle contains large amounts of vitamins (especially A, C, B2), mineral salts, plant hormones, enzyme secretin. Because of the abundance of iron, nettle removes the condition of depression and feelings of fatigue, and also contributes to the formation of red blood cells that facilitates supply the body with oxygen and eliminates anemia.
