Great remedy for nervousness

First at all, Lemon cools the skin as it stimulates sweating and quenches thirst, and rose water cools the body and calms the mind and has very nice influence at the balance of the three doshas (according to Ayurveda), especially pitta.


Ingredients: 2 lemon or lime, tablespoon of brown sugar or maple syrup or honey, teaspoon of rose water, 2 cups of water. Method of preparation: First, mix all the ingredients and enjoy a drink :). It is best to drink this refreshing water during the afternoon hours.

Rose is very healing and you can use its essential oil for a variety of health problems. Medicinal ingredients in essential oil of rose are vitamins C, E, B, K and tannins. It acts as an antidepressant, an antispasmodic agent, aphrodisiac, sedative, holeretik, expectorant, but also has antibacterial, antiseptic and antiviral properties, cleanses the body and regulate menstruation.
