Lassi – Indian refreshing drink

1 l yogurt,

1 l water,

1/2 kg bananas, strawberries or raspberries,

150-200 g of sugar,

option: 10 g vanilla sugar.


You need to clean fruit and mash or grind in a blender. Mix the fruits with other ingredients and put into refrigerator to get cool. It is ready to serve. Sweet lassi is the best to drink in the summer because yogurt cools the body from the inside.
