Kale - Italian Style


Ingredients: 1kg of Kale, 8 ounces of butter, 15 ounces of rice, Vegetable Soup, salt, pepper, 5 ounces of Parmesan or other hard cheese, you can add some turmeric if you like it or you want some super healthy ingredient;)
Method of preparation: The cleaned kale leaves boil in water for a few moments. On melted butter put first kale, then rice, salt and pepper. Start stacking and end up with kale leaves. Pour with vegetable soup and simmer everything together for about half an hour. Put the preparation on a plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. You can serve Kale in Italian style, with baked potatoes, wholemeal bread or Indian muffins, chapati, roti etc. Serve warm and enjoy.!
