A mixture of honey and turmeric is known as the Golden mixture. It is “Golden” due to its large health benefits, but also because it seems reminiscent of the color of the precious metal. Turmeric and honey have strong anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. They help in destroying many kinds of bacteria who are cause of the many diseases and this mixture also increase the organism’s natural resistance. Turmeric contains curcumin (a natural active ingredient) which operates in more than 150 different diseases.


Ingredients: 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 100 g of honey, 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, a pinch of black pepper.
Method of Preparation: In the pot, mix turmeric, apple cider vinegar and black pepper. Add the grated lemon rind and honey. Stir all ingredients until you get a uniform mixture. Put the mixture in a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.

Dosage: The daily dose is one tablespoon of golden mixture. To achieve the best result, consume this mixture in the morning. Put it in your mouth and let it dissolve, and then swallow it. Wait a few minutes before drinking the water or any other liquid. This mixture is recommended for those who suffer from hemophilia and hypertension because turmeric reduces the risk of blood clots and regulates blood pressure.

    This is awesome! I’ve used it before with great success, but was never sure of the best way to store it nor what it’s shelf life is. Thoughts?

    The best way to store it is in the refrigerator. Also, best way is to follow the recipe and when you spend that amount, if necessary, make more. For all the ingredients I’m sure they can last long enough except for lemon …i am not sure how lemon behave. But, if you need big amount of this remedy, you can, for the start, double the ingredients in the recipe. Thnx!
