How To Prepare Spaghetti Bolognese?

Spaghetti Bolognese – (for 4 persons)
Ingredients: 1 onion (chopped), 1 clove garlic (chopped), pinch of turmeric (optional), 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 115g of mushrooms (chopped), 2 celery root (chopped), 400g chopped tomatoes canned (pelat), 120g of soy flakes or minced seitan, 285ml vegetable broth (or water), salt and pepper to taste, oregano (optional).
Method of preparation: Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Add celery and mushrooms and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the tomatoes, minced soy or seitan and vegetable broth (or water). After everything has boiled enough, reduce the heat and allow to boil uncovered for 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with spaghetti and some salad.
