How to make bread in various forms

You need to prepare ingredients (dough) day earlier, and leave the dough in a refrigerator (in a plastic bag) to stand overnight.

Ingredients for dough:

500-600 g wheat flour (1/3 integral flour),

10 g of yeast (fresh or dry),

salt to taste,

little sugar,

tablespoon of refined oil, or better, little melted butter.


handfull of flax seeds,

lukewarm water.

1. Mix flour, salt, yeast, little sugar, refined oil (or butter) and start to pour lukewarm water into it. Knead the dough until it is not too soft. Put the dough into plastic bag and put it in the fridge to stay overnight. Dough will be lifted in the plastic bag but that does not matter.

2. The next day, remove the dough from the fridge, knead again and let it stay to get warm.

3. Roll out the dough quite thinly, not too much. Take a mold or cup and cut out the dough into desired shapes. Let it stand for some time….few minutes.

4. Preheat oven to 210 C, grease a baking pan with butter and place the dough. The dough sprinkle with water and sprinkle with flax seeds.

5. Bake at 210-220 C around 15-25 minutes. When you get a golden color, remove the bread and brush with butter. Enjoy! 🙂
