Energy bars with raw cocoa

Ingredients for 10 energy bars:


1 large banana,
1 cup of fine oat flakes,
3 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder,
1 tablespoon of coconut oil,
3 tablespoons of dried apricots,
1 tablespoon of agave syrup,
1 teaspoon lemon juice,
pinch of cinnamon,
pinch of vanilla powder.


Peel banana and mash with a fork. Dried apricots chop into tiny pieces.
Mix all ingredients in a larger bowl until all is mix well.

Place the mixture on the foil in the baking pan. With trowel or with hand distribute the mixture evenly on the bottom of the pan, and cover with the rest of the film.

Refrigerate until the mixture hardens. For finest flavor let mixture to stand in a refrigerator overnight.

Cut in the shape of tiles, each individually wrap in foil and keep in the refrigerator.
