400 g white flour, type – 500,

250 g wholemeal wheat flour,

10-20 g of dry yeast,

teaspoon of sugar,

3 teaspoons sea salt,

half deciliter of oil, or olive oil or melted butter,

lukewarm water;

tablespoon of rye.

Mix together flour, sugar, salt and oil or butter, add slowly warm water and stir until you get a smooth dough. You can do this the night before and leave overnight the dough rises. In the morning shuffle the dough again and leave it in a baking pan and let rise for about half an hour. Sprinkle upper part of the dough with water and sprinkle with rye on the surface. Turn on the oven at 60 degrees celsius and place the dough in it and wait for about 20 minutes to get more rise up. Then turn the oven to 230 C, bake for another 20-25 minutes until get golden color. Crust will be nice and crispy. Wait for the bread to cool for about 30 minutes and then it is ready for cutting;)
