300g white flour, type – 500,

200g wholemeal flour,

10-20 g of dry yeast,

100g of fresh cheese,

a handful of sunflower seeds,

a handful of seeds of rye,

2 teaspoons salt,

lukewarm water,

half deciliter of olive oil,

pinch of sugar,

Butter for coating.

Mix together flour, sugar, salt, olive oil and dry yeast, add slowly warm water and stir until you get a smooth dough. Leave the dough to rise for half an hour. Roll out the dough into a circle, slightly thicker, and fill with fresh salted cheese. Close and tighten the dough (make sure to leave all the air out) and slowly roll dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 3-5 cm. Spray the surface of the dough with water and distribute  sunflower seeds and rye seeds over the entire surface of the dough. Preheat oven to 200 C degrees. Coat a baking pan with butter and place the dough in it. Bake it for about 30 minutes and when you get the crispy golden color, remove bread from the oven and brush the top crust with butter. Serve vith your favorite meal:  sabji, salad, kefir,  etc. 😉
