Smoothie with dandelions
Dandelion leaves are rich in antioxidants, relieves inflammation in the body and clean the liver from toxins. Except for the salad, try them also mashed up in a smoothie.

Ingredients:1 cup of dandelion leaves, ½ cup of spinach, 1 small banana or ½ large banana, 10-strawberry, 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, 250 ml of water.

Method of preparation: Remove stems from Dandelion leaves and spinach, then broke them into smaller pieces and place in blender. Add sliced banana chunks and strawberries. Pour the lemon juice and water and then all mix well. Serve immediately.
