Salad with beans, tomatoes and green peppers

This salad is ideal for making winter food stores and can be preserved for a long time, but it is so delicious that we are convinced it will disappear very quickly! We bring you a recipe that is sufficient for seven to eight jars of salads.
Ingredients: 1 kg young beans, 2 kg of green tomatoes, 2 kg red peppers, 1 cup white vinegar, 1 cup oil, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups chopped parsley leaf, 1 head of garlic, 6 teaspoons vinegar, pepper to taste.
Preparation: 1. First you boil beans in particular, but not until the end and leave aside.
2. Pepper cut into strips and then into cubes. Green tomatoes also cut into cubes. In a deep pot put all the ingredients except peas and parsley and cook for 20-30 minutes.
3. Stir beans into the mixture, add the parsley and cook for another ten minutes. If it is too thick, dilute boiled water.
4. How to preserve jars? Sterilize them in the oven and pour the hot vegetables into sterilized jars. Close the covers and hold for ten minutes in the oven at 100 degrees.
