500 g of thin finished piecrust (pastry).

For the filling:

600g cottage cheese
200 g heavy cream
200ml milk
200 ml sour cream
250 g spinach
1 teaspoon salt


For the coating:
100 g butter


1.For the filling, add milk, sour cream, strained cheese, thick cream, cooked and chopped spinach, salt and pepper. Mix well.

2.Baking dish (35 × 22 cm) brush with part of butter, put one piece of dough, sprinkle it partly with melted butter, arrange the next sheet of pastry and brush with part of the mixture.
3.Repeat the process until you have used up all the dough and filling.
4.Finally, fit the remaining two sheets of dough, sprinkle the remaining butter and bake in preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes.
