Easy desserts - chocolate tapioca pudding



The recipe for a great gluten-free dessert

The recipe for two people:


4 tablespoons of tapioca balls
1 dl water
1.5 cups milk
1 teaspoon cocoa
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoons cherry compote.


Leave tapioca to stand for two hours in the water. Put tapioca to cook in the milk and add cocoa diluted in two tablespoons of water. Cook for twenty minutes. Turn off the flame and add the maple syrup. Mix well and spread in the pelvis. Allow to cool. Decorate with compote of cherries and enjoy in structure of this particular pudding.
