Carob and apple cubes

400 gr of flour T 850
250 gr biological margarine (remove it from the refrigerator at least 2 hours before using to soften)
1 yeast
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar or agave syrup
1 yogurt (Soya or organic cow’s milk solid)
If necessary, a little lukewarm water


Add Ingredients and kneaded the soft dough. Divide dough into 3 parts and leave in a warm place covered with a cloth to stand for 1 / 2hr.



5 apples (sweet sour), grated
2 tablespoons brown sugar or agave to taste
100 g dried apricots (finely chopped)
pinch of salt
2-3 tablespoons wheat germ
1 cup ground walnuts
vanilla sugar
Cover from 1 lemon
Cinnamon to taste


Stew apples with a pinch of salt in a little water. Add dried apricots, reduce heat and cook 15 minutes. Fold and cook another 5-10 min until the water evaporates. Add all other ingredients and stir to cool.

Roll out 1/3 of dough, then lubricated with half filling. Roll out and another third of dough and lubricate with the second half of the filling. Roll out the last third of the dough. A little stab with a fork and bake for half an hour at 200C degrees in preheated oven. Pour glaze of carob. Sprinkle with ground walnuts. Cooled and cut into cubes.


100 gr carob powder (or cocoa powder to taste …)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
80 gr biological margarine
1 dcl of water


Mix carob powder, brown sugar and margarine. All together melt and little by little add the water.
