Seven basic meals for the week


Spaghetti Bolognese (for 4 persons)

• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 clove garlic (chopped)
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 115g mushrooms (chopped)
• 2 celery root (chopped)
• 400g chopped tomatoes canned (tomato sauce)
• 120g of soy flakes or minced seitan
• 285ml vegetable broth (or water)
• salt and pepper to taste
Heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes. Add celery and mushrooms and continue cooking for another 3-4 minute, stirring constantly. Add tomatoes, minced soy or seitan and broth (or water). After the boil, reduce the heat and allow to boil uncovered for 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with spaghetti.
