Good morning shake

Ingredients: 150 ounces of soy milk, 1.5 ounces of lemonade, 150 grams of chopped pineapple, 3-4 ice cubes. Method of preparation: Combine all ingredients in a blender. This citrus beverage is refreshment for hot summer days or for a refreshing wake up before going to work.

Ingredients: 2.5 dl of soy milk, 200 grams of chopped pineapple,, 1 apple (peeled), 200 grams of white grapes, 1 pear (peeled), 1 banana, 100 grams of kale (or spinach), 50 grams of honey. Ingredients: 2.5 dl of soy milk, 1.5 decilitre of instant coffee, chocolate or caramel topping, 4-5 ice cubes.
