You like oatmeal? Try these 3 recipes!
Oats are an ideal food for your healthy meal. Full of nutrients, but not fatty;). They regulate digestion, lowers cholesterol and strengthen your immune system, but as you know they are also delicious for eating.

1. Oatmeal with honey and cinnamon

Ingredients: 1 cup oat flakes, 350 ml of water or domestic cow’s milk (or a mixture of water and milk), ¼ teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon, pinch of salt, honey, 1 banana, peeled and sliced, a handful of raisins or dried fruit.
Preparation: Oatmeal and milk or water put in the cooking pot. Place it on medium heat to get boil. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and cinnamon and mix well. Serve oatmeal in bowls. On top put a banana and dried fruits. Add about ¼ cup of milk and then pour honey, if desired.


2. Pancakes of oat flakes

Ingredients: 375 g of crushed or milled oat flakes, 1 teaspoon salt, 6 dl domestic milk (you can substitute with soy milk or almond), 2 tablespoons of ground flax, 2 dl water, 1 teaspoon baking soda.
Preparation: Mix all ingredients except soda in a uniform mixture and leave overnight in the refrigerator. Before baking, stir in baking soda. Bake the pancakes on a hot oiled pan. Serve with topping, if desired.

3. Oat biscuits with chocolate

Ingredients: 3 cups oatmeal, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 250g butter, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar, 1/3 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon , 250 grams of chocolate with 50% cocoa
Preparation: Knead oatmeal, coconut, flour, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and butter wich you have previously soften at room temperature. Add cocoa and after you well kneaded the dough, add the pieces of coarse chopped chocolate. Leave the dough in the fridge for half an hour. Shape round biscuits 1 cm thick and bake them in the oven at 200 C degrees for 15-20 minutes.
