Swiss chard with soy grits

Ingredients: 300 grams of chard, half a liter of water, 2 tablespoons of soybean grits, salt, 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream, coriander and nutmeg, Parmesan cheese.


Method of preparation: Wash and chop the Swiss chard and cook 5 minutes in salted water. Drain and grind with a little water in a mixer. Save the rest of the water and put in it chard, grits and cream. Spice it, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with potatoes.

Spicy Swiss chard

Ingredients: 750 grams – 1 kilo of Swiss chard, 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, chopped garlic, chopped parsley leaves.

Method of preparation: The washed spinach leaves boil in salted water. Drain them and immediately seasoned with oil and mix with parsley and garlic. Cover and leave in a warm place for a few minutes to get a delicious taste.
