1. Foods High in Unsaturated Fat

Until now It have been shown that unsaturated fats improve health when used instead of other, saturated fats. There are two types of unsaturated fats, and these are – polyunsaturated and monounsaturated, both rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. You need to enter through diet these fatty acids, because your body is not able to produce them without food intake. Also, these fats aids in the digestion of vitamins A, D, E and K in your body. Good plant sources of omega-3 fats are Chai seeds, flax seeds and flax seed oil, walnuts and soybeans. Among the foods rich in unsaturated fats is Extra virgin olive oil, wich you can use every day in your salads and as addition to your favourite stew. Then, there are also Almonds, Natural Peanut Butter and Avocados.  You can mash avocados with a smaller amount of onion, tomato, garlic, coriander and lime juice to make a nice guacamole.
