How can you know if you need detoxification of the entire body? Your body will tell you, you just need to know how to listen and what to look for when the body is trying to convey you a message.
In many cases, the list of the symptoms includes things that almost everyone experience occasionally. The important thing is how often this happens. If you often feel tired, or have constipation or indigestion and other problems, then it is very important.

1. Lack of energy / fatigue

With the huge increase in popularity of energy drinks and the enduring popularity of drinks with caffeine, you’d think the world has an epidemic lack of energy. However, attempts to make up for a lack of energy with stimulants like caffeine or taurine in the long run can only exacerbate the situation. After the increase of energy, energy decline will usually follow and you will feel even worse than before. This actually means burdening the liver, further deepening the problem and sending you into a spiral of low energy.
If in the morning, you feel sluggish and that feeling is more or less present throughout the day you should definitely consider detoxification as an option. The program for detoxification can help you regain energy and get rid of toxins.

The solution to a good detox is to eat 1kg of prunes per day for 2 weeks. just make sure you’re not too far from the loo for those 2 weeks.

Can you please give some reference or explain in what you base that detox. I am curious about it. How did you discover that detox? How and why does it work?

Just eat a healthy balanced diet with fresh fruit and veg and wholemeal rather than white bread etc and leave your body to do its own de-toxing which it is doing every minute of the day. (If you must eat meat or animal products try to limit them to once or twice a week. Carnivorous animals get more energy per kilo from their food -the herbivorous animals have already changed the grass etc into protein for them- and do not need to eat every day.) Your urine and faeces, breath and sweat all get rid off toxins from your body with out any interference from anything else. As long as you don’t overload your system with junk, eg alcohol, sugar, refined carbohydrate, you should have no problems. If you do then there is something amiss and it would be wise to visit a qualified medical doctor.

Sorry but this sounds like a description of someone with Hypothyroidism. A trip to the doctor to test your hormones and thyroid function is probably in order if you feel like this.

Another sign of toxins is smells from mouth and body, troubles with teeths and slime from different parts of the body.

I use lemon water to begin detoxifying my body. It’s the first stage in the California Cleanse. Also, I create a home made sauna suit (garbage bag/lawn bag- cut holes for arms and head and slip on!), and wear it under sweatsuit while I am cleaning or working out. I sweat 3-5x more.
