Walnut cake

 

Ingredients:
2 cups of walnuts,
2 cups of dates,
teaspoon of cinnamon,
½ cup of cocoa.

Method:

Mix walnuts in a blender until they disintegrate into powder. Add to them cinnamon and cocoa and half of dates (coarsely chopped).
Re-mix the ingredients together and add the rest of the dates. Mix until the ingredients are combined in a sticky pile (you will need to mix about 5 minutes; while often stop and remove the mixture which is stick to the wall of the blender).
Push then the mixture in the lower mold and leave for a few hours in the refrigerator to get harden so you can slice it.
It can be in the refrigerator even for three weeks.
