Moussaka is very rich preparation that can be very nicely prepared in the vegan and also in the vegetarian way.
Ingredients: Two bags of ground roasted seitan, 1.5 kg of potatoes, 1 kilogram of Swiss chard, onion, finely chopped garlic, extra virngin olive oil, mayonnaise without eggs, soy sauce, turmeric, ginger, oregano, pepper, salt.
Method of preparation: Potatoes peel and boil in salted water and slice it into rings. On oil fry finely chopped onion, garlic and roasted ground seitan. Wash chard and boil in salted water. Prepare the dish for baking in the oven, spread the extra virgin olive oil on the bottom, then put the layer of potatoes, then layer of ground seitan, and layer of swiss chard. Re-lay the surface of the rolls of boiled salted potatoes, layer of seitan, surface of swiss chard, and the top layer should be potatoes. In another bowl, prepare the dressing of mayonnaise without eggs, soy sauce, turmeric, ginger, oregano and pepper. Bake all of it about 15 minutes. It is ready to serve. You can serve with veggie moussaka your favourite salad.
