Veggie burger “Karma free”

The recipe is for about 15 burgers.

Preparation time : 30 minutes

Ingredients : 250 ml soft- boiled salted rice ( brown or white ) ,

250 ml soft- boiled salted brown lenses ,

2 coarsely grated carrots ,

300g breadcrumbs ,

100 g of ground peanuts ,

1 tablespoon pumpkin or sesame oil (optional ) ,

2 teaspoons salt , chopped parsley , sweet red peppers and oregano ,

1 tsp asafoetida ( chives , onion , garlic ) , pepper , oil for frying , baking paper

Method :

Mix all the ingredients and mash well. Take a 15- burger , roll them into balls and press into patties . Put them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200 F until golden brown . Remove from oven and fry for short time until golden  crispy crust.  Serve in warm domestic bun or bread with your favorite cheese , smoked tofu , sauce and side dish.
