You have a very low iron, and you wonder which food is best for repairing iron, and what to discard as a barrier to absorb iron?

From diet eject as much as possible refined foods, black tea, and other caffeine drinks that impede the absorption of iron. You should bring into your diet a lot of fruits and vegetables, especially legumes and leafy green.

If you want to add more vegetarian and vegan sources of iron to your own diet, try the following ingredients:

Dried herbs:

thyme
parsley
mint
black pepper
Roman cumin
oregano
dill
basil
bay leaf
coriander
turmeric
rosemary

then:

pure cocoa powder
pumpkin seeds, pumpkin and sesame
tomatoes
spinach and green leafy vegetables
dried apricots
beans
lens
tofu
raisins
asparagus, green beans, kale, broccoli,Brussels sprouts, chick peas, prunes, sesame seeds, quinoa, cabbage, nuts…

Make this juice and be sure that you will return iron into normal:

1kg of lemon
1kg beetroot
1kg of green apples
1kg carrots.

All together mix in blender, mix and allowed to stand overnight in a plastic or glass container. In the morning, strain the juice and “therapy” can begin. 🙂 Drink three glasses a day before each meal.
