Ingredients: for the dough – 1 cup of whole wheat flour, 2 cups half-white flour, 1/4 cup oil, a cup of water, 1.5 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt; few cubes of smoked tofu; for the filling – 300 g spinach, 100 grams of tofu, a tablespoon of corn flour, a tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons soy cream, 1/4 teaspoon thyme, 1/4 teaspoon basil.

Method of preparation: Mix the flour and then add salt and baking powder. Add oil and stir well. Add water and knead until you get smooth dough that does not stick to your fingers. Prepare 6 small pizza, but leave enough dough to roll out and make a frame on each pizza. Cook spinach for the stuffing. Allow to cool a little in order to be able to drain and cut well. Chop the tofu with a fork and add to the spinach. To this mixture, mix soy cream, soy sauce and spices. The inner space of pizza fill with stuffing. On the top of stuffing put a few cubes of smoked tofu. Oven heated to 200 degrees Celsius and bake pizza for 20 minutes.
