INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH

cup half-white flour
cup of corn flour
cup whole wheat flour
bag of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1.5 cups of water
tablespoon oil

Mix all three types of flour together with baking powder and salt. Gradually add water and knead with hands. The dough should not be hard and dry but slightly. Just knead until the two ingredients are combined into a homogeneous mixture that does not stick to your fingers. Pizza dough roll out and extend in a circle.

REPLACEMENT FOR CHEESE

150 g tofu
1 dl soy cream
a pinch of basil

Chop the tofu with a fork, then add the basil, soy cream. Mix well and let sit for ten minutes.

REPLACEMENT FOR tomatoes

2 carrots
parsley
small peeled beetroot
2 pinches of basil
2 pinches of thyme
2 tablespoons olive oil

Boil whole carrots, parsley and beets. Make with hand mixer a puree in which you put the spices and olive oil.

FILLING

2 tablespoons corn
10 kalamata olives
50 g zucchini
3-4 mushrooms
oregano

Arrange the replacement for tomatoes, then gently put a substitute for cheese, without pressing. On tofu put the corn, thin slices zucchini, mushrooms. Towards the end of baking and put olives.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. When you remove from the oven, season with oregano.
