Vegan “Hot dog” With Carrots

Ingredients: 12 medium-sized carrots, 500g of puff pastry, salt, pepper, curry, Mediterranean spice mixture, oil for frying. Method of preparation: Puff pastry thawed in a refrigerator overnight, or leave it for 30 minutes before the preparation at room temperature. Wash carrots, clean them and halved them. After that boil carrots in salted water until get soft and leave them to cool. Fry drained pieces of carrots in hot oil until they become golden brown. Puff pastry roll out thinly and cut into squares. In each square wrap spiced (with Mediterranean spice mixture, curry, salt, pepper) carrots and connect the dough to not unraveled during baking. Sort them on a baking sheet, put in a pan and bake for 15 minutes in an preheated oven to 220 ° C.
