Stew Of Carrots With Onions

Ingredients: 500 grams of frozen carrots, 500 grams of shallot (type of onion), 60 g of butter or margarine, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 100 grams of black olives, salt, white pepper.
Method of preparation: Boil onions 20 minutes in salted water. Simmer briefly in butter drained onions and than carrots. Add sugar, salt and pepper. Add olives, pitted. Cover and simmer until the carrots are tender and the water has evaporated. It can be served with boiled potatoes.

Spicy Stew Of Carrots

Ingredients: 1 kg of carrots, 100 g of butter or margarine, 1 bunch of parsley, 2 tablespoons of honey, salt, pepper.
Method of preparation: Cut the carrot into slices and put on the butter. Add parsley, honey, salt and pepper. Cook until carrots are tender. Gently stir occasionally and add water if vegetables run out of their own fluid. Stew will be tastier if you add more pepper. Enjoy!
