Tofu with peanut sauce

 

Skewers of tofu with peanut sauce

Ingredients:

300 – 400 g tofu, chopped into cubes,
2 large red bell pepper, diced.

Chopped tofu and diced red pepper prick into sticks and fry them on the grill-pan, each side for a few minutes.

For the peanut sauce:

Mix two tablespoons of peanut butter, half a teaspoon of light tahini sauce, a teaspoon and a half of tamari sauce, a few drops of lemon juice, a pinch of hot paprika and half a teaspoon of honey. If sauce thickens too much, dilute it with a little water.
