Tapioca sweet – Sabudana Kheer (ekadasi)

1l of milk,

250 g of tapioca,

400 g of sugar,

1 small cardamon,


First boil the milk. Wash and soak the tapioca, then add boiling milk and keep stirring it. When milk become thick add sugar. add one cardamon for taste. You can also add some raisin. Tapioca is very tasty dessert that is perfect for ekadasi days.
