Summer ice soup

Ingredients: 600-700 grams of potatoes, 600 to 700 grams of young leek, 1 liter of water, a handful of finely chopped parsley leaves, 1.5 deciliters of cream, one waist radish, salt. Method of preparation: Peel the potatoes and leeks, cut into pieces and cook in water. Chill them very well and then put in blender (mixer) and mix until they become uniform cream. After that chill them in refrigerator. Remove grease that arise on the top. Stir into the soup cold cream and parsley and add salt. Finally, sprinkle with chopped radishes into thin slices.

The soup of sour milk

Ingredients: 7.5 deciliters of water, 7.5 deciliters of sour milk, 30 grams of flour, 1 decilitre cream, salt, caraway, 80 grams of bread. Method of preparation: water, cumin and salt to boil. In sour milk mix flour mixed in a little water. Slowly pour in the hot water and mix well. Finally, add the cream and leave in the fridge to cool. Serve with fried bread cubes.
