Ingredients: 400 g of spinach, 300 g of smoked tofu, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 crust pastry strudel without eggs, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of whey, a pinch of salt, pinch of turmeric, sunflower oil for frying.
Method of preparation: In a little extra virgin olive oil previously heated in a pan put spinach, pinch of turmeric, smoked tofu, tablespoon of soy sauce, chopped garlic and a little whey.
