spinach pie - vegetarian plate

ingredients:

about 300 g of cleaned spinach

100 g of fresh cheese

50 g sour cream

1.5 dl yoghurt

1 dl milk

1 cup (2 dl) of corn flour

1/2 baking powder

flour if necessary

1/2 teaspoon of turmeric,

salt

oil.

Method:

First, well washed spinach, chop it into thin strips and let it so stand about 30 minutes.
After that, well drained of excess water.

Mix sour cream, cheese, yogurt, milk, salt, a little turmeric.
In this add spinach, and corn flour, baking powder and flour, if necessary (to get the mixture a little stronger than the pancakes)
Mix well.

Grease the baking dish with oil, pour the prepared mixture and bake at 200c for 30-40 min. (Depending on the oven)

Baked spout cover with a kitchen towel for at least 5 minutes to soften.
You can add more cheese but, mostly, mixture should look a little firmer than the pancakes and you can not go wrong, it will be soft, and tasty.
