Ingredients:

FOR DOUGH:

500 gr of flour for cakes and pies (type 400)
half a teaspoon of salt
some oil
lukewarm water for dough
a little flour to knead dough

FOR PIE:

1 kg of spinach
500 g cottage cheese (unsalted)
250 g cream (cream)
half a teaspoon of salt
a little oil + oil to grease the pan.

Method:

In a bowl place the flour, salt, a little oil and knead with warm water. The dough should be not too soft nor too hard.
Knead it well  and make balls.

Every ball roll as for pizza. If it sticks to the surface, be sure to put a little flour.

The dough placed one by one on a dish towel and a little above them coated with oil. Let rest a little while you prepare the filling for the pie.

Spinach wash well, and chop. Add cottage cheese, sour cream and a little oil. And of course all mix well.

Put a piece of dough on both hands and transfer to the table. Put at the tablecloth and slightly stretched in all directions.

When you stretch the dough put the filling for a pie. Use the tablecloth to roll and shape dough as you like.

Rolled pie grease a little with oil from above and put it to bake at 250 C in a preheated oven.

When pie gets this golden brown color, remove it from the oven and leave it to get cool.

Serve pie with yogurt, or can be topped with sour cream or cream cheese. Mmmmm, enjoy it! 😉
